Yoga Nidra, Plant Medicine
& the Changing Landscape
of the Yoga World
Interview with Simone Mackay
“We have to get clear within our heart our deepest dharma – what our purpose is.
When we live our purpose, we care about ourselves, we care about those around us, we care about our planet…
and then that ripples out to the relationships we have with each other,
and we recognise our interconnection”.
