Somewhere to be seen and heard, for as long as it serves you.
Somewhere to keep bringing your voice, to ask the questions you’d never ask in a room full of strangers, to share what you’re working on, and to keep learning alongside people who know your name. A live circle with me each month is part of it.
Next circle: Wednesday 19 August
Most of us have more recordings saved than we’ll ever finish. What’s actually missing is the room… the gentle hour where someone is expecting you, and where your voice has company.
That’s what this is. A steady monthly rhythm where your practice happens because we’re doing it together, and where singing in front of other people slowly stops being the frightening part.
Same shape every month, so your body knows where it’s going.
Breath, body, and a nervous system that gets to settle before anything is asked of it. Safety first, always, because that’s where the voice actually lives.
Simple vocal activation you can take into your own week. No technique to get right, and nothing to perform.
One song a month from the HeartSongs Songbook, taught slowly, with the chords and the story it carries. By the end it’s yours.
The landing, the warm-up, and the song. Three real practices of mine, so you know what an hour together actually feels like.
Therapists, coaches, teachers and facilitators whose work asks them to be heard, and who’d like that to feel easier than it currently does.
Often recovering from a version of life shaped by what you should be doing, and quietly building what serves you better on the side.
No professional reason at all. Your voice is yours, and wanting it back is reason enough to be here.
Join whenever you like, stay as long as it serves you, and leave whenever it stops. No minimum, no lock in.
Your first circle is Wednesday 19 August
I can’t sing.
Good. This was built for you. Nobody is assessed, nobody performs, and you’re welcome to stay muted and just breathe with us until the day you don’t want to.
What if I can’t make the live one?
The replay lands afterwards and it’s yours to keep while you’re a member. Plenty of people sing along at a completely different hour, in their kitchen.
Do I need the songbook first?
No, it’s included. If you already own it, you’ll finally have a reason to open it every month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and it takes one click. I’d rather you were here because you want to be.
