Healing isn’t about erasing your past. We’re still in the eclipse portal… a powerful time for shedding what no longer serves and stepping into wholeness. A time for dissolving illusions, closing chapters, and remembering that release is part of the rhythm. Hey beautiful Reader 🌺 How are you? How was that last full moon eclipse for you? Did any emotions bubble up? Any triggers arise? The eclipse energy is all about endings and new beginnings. We’re still in this potent portal of transformation that lasts through September, and it feels like things are starting to settle… such a beautiful moment to consciously release what no longer serves and step into a more whole, joyful, radiant version of yourself. ✨ Eclipse Portal Journal & Reflection prompts for you:
For me, the full moon felt both powerful and magical – a beautiful ending to a magical season. We gathered in a labyrinth ceremony with the community — offering our devotion, presence, and voices together under the eclipse sky. My heart is so full of gratitude for being able to share these gifts of resonance and ritual here.
As my chapter here in Thailand wraps up, I’m reflecting with so much gratitude. These past six months have been a rich and healing time for me — giving myself space to feel, to grieve my mom’s passing, and to soften into what’s next. Later this month I’ll be returning to Bali to see if it still resonates as a base. If you’ll be there and want to connect for group classes or private sessions, join my WhatsApp group so you’re woven into the weekly flow of offerings 🌴✨ As I’ve been deepening into my studies with Compassionate Inquiry, I’ve been reflecting on what it really means to heal. The other day, a friend made an off-handed comment about people who are on a “relentless healing journey.” And guess what? … I felt triggered. It reminded me how easy it is for others to judge or misunderstand this path. I’ve even heard the line: “If you’re still suffering after all that trauma work, then it’s not really working, is it?”
That one stung. Because the truth is — healing is not a straight line. Healing, for me, feels like: Healing isn’t about getting rid of trauma. It’s about changing our relationship with it. Walking with it more gently. Letting it shape us into someone more tender, spacious, and whole. This is why I feel so deeply called to Compassionate Inquiry — the somatic, trauma-informed approach I’m training in with Dr. Gabor Maté. It invites us to meet the parts of ourselves that still carry hurt, and to finally offer them the safety, compassion, and love they never had before. This work is for the curious, the courageous, the healing ones — those feeling called to deepen their self-awareness, move through stuckness, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. It’s especially for you if you’ve already walked through workshops, trainings, or ceremonies — and now feel the call to pause, integrate, and tend to what’s underneath. For those navigating grief, transition, emotional overwhelm, or simply longing to feel more safe, seen, and connected to their truth. 🌿 This month, I have a few spaces open at my certification rate, and I’d love to invite you into the transformative power of this work:
