Attended my first Bhakti class with amazing teacher @pureflow.yoga Francie. She has such a beautiful voice.. Started the class with some singing and just 2nd phrase in tears started to flow uncontrollably.. I had not personally experience this before although I've seen videos/know that emotions may arise with sound and music and singing.. to experience it first hand was truly liberating and inspiring.
