Hey, I’m Francie
I’m a somatic voice guide, yoga practitioner, and musician. Like many people drawn to this work, my relationship with my voice was shaped through lived experience rather than performance training.
I found my voice through navigating my own life challenges, big emotions, and periods of disconnection, using sound, presence, and body-based practice as a way to regulate, express, and come back home to myself.
This journey is not about becoming a “better” singer or performer.
It is about reclaiming your voice as a safe, embodied, felt experience, one that supports you to listen inward, regulate your nervous system, and express what is true for you in your own time and in your own way.
The Somatic Voice Reclamation Journey is the container I wish I had earlier.
A gentle, trauma-informed, relational space where voice is approached with curiosity, consent, and care, not pressure or performance.
Within this journey, I guide practices that support nervous system safety, embodied voice exploration, emotional expression through sound, and the joy of sharing voice in community.

When do the calls happen?
Sessions take place once a week on Zoom. Exact dates and times are discussed and coordinated upon registration. All sessions are recorded.
Do I need any prior experience with singing or yoga?
No experience with singing, music, or yoga is required. This journey is body-first, trauma-informed, and meets you exactly where you are. Every voice belongs here.
How much time should I expect to dedicate to this journey?
Live sessions are 90 minutes per week. Outside of that, you’re invited — not required — to explore simple practices that fit into your life. This journey respects your pace and capacity.
Have you worked with people like me before?
Yes. I work with people who feel called to express their voice more fully — including those who feel shy, blocked, “not musical,” or disconnected from their expression. Most people come to this work to feel safer being seen, heard, and expressed.
What if I have a bad voice?
There is no such thing as a bad voice. This work is not about performance or sounding a certain way — it’s about reconnecting to your natural voice and expression. Many people who join believe they “can’t sing,” and discover something deeply freeing instead.
What can I expect to gain from this journey?
You can expect a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your voice and expression. Many people leave feeling more confident, grounded, and at ease being seen and heard — with practical tools they can continue using long after the journey ends.
