I absolutely had a great time. I have done yoga retreats with them twice and both experiences were amazing. It’s been the most memorable and life changing experiences. Francie and Ellanah create a great environment with love and support during the retreat time. If you are even slightly considering it then I would highly recommend to just do it for unforgettable experience.

Its been 3 years since my retreat with Pure Flow yoga, and I still have hopes to get back there. We were so looked after by Francie and the team, and I was amazed by how much my practice and understanding of yoga improved after only a week (I actually loved my time there so much, I extended my trip by a few days!!) The tree house cabins were modest, but absolute bliss the perfect retreat to go with a book or just lay in the hammocks.
The Shala and the whole retreat venue is nestled in the jungle and you feel miles away from everything else. Highly, highly recommend x

This was without a doubt the best yoga retreat I have ever had the honour of going to. The location is paradise, people amazingly friendly but it is all made magic by the wonderful teachers and the yoga shala. I honestly thought I was in heaven. All of the classes were set at the perfect pace to enable progress, learning and development, as well as cherishing mindfulness through beautifully led meditation. My personal journey was transformational and was an incredible and powerful way to finish what had been a very challenging year.

The best place in the world to practice and explore yoga! I have done several retreats in the beautiful jungel shala, and also a 200h yoga teacher training with Francie and the other amazing teachers.
There is nothing like this place in the world, I recommend anyone to go, no matter if you are new to yoga or a experienced practitioner.

The location is just heaven on earth! Situated in Koh Phangan, by the beach and in the jungle, you will enjoy the beauty of nature everywhere you look at.
The teachers have been training and learning all over the world, they are professionals and offer you a very qualitative experience. Don’t worry if Yoga is new for you, it was new for me and I learned a lot. This part of the island is also home to a community of beautiful people gathering to practice yoga, meditation, music, dance and a lot of other spiritual activities.

Such a beautiful place and amazing teachers…is the perfect place if you want to reset your life, to get some time away for perspective… The practices and the location helps to find yourself on a true level, to experience life and yourself like you did not knew is possible. Sometimes can be out of your comfort zone but then you discover yourself more and more. The yoga hall in the jungle is a true gem and i felt so connected with nature and myself. Cannot recommend more!! For sure i will be back!!! Thank you <3 <3

I recently finished a 7 Day retreat here and I have to say that my expectations were blown out of the water. I am not overly spiritual or that experience in Yoga but I came on this retreat with an open mind and to say that I was not disappointed would be a catastrophic understatement. This place, the people and the teachers combine into an unstoppable force that I challenge anyone to experience and not leave feeling like a new person both physically and mentally.
