Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains clearly what information I collect when you visit this site or work with me, how I use it, and what rights you have over it. I’ve written this to be readable, not to bury things in legal language.
Who I am
I am Francie La Flow, trading as Pure Flow Yoga. I offer online somatic voice programmes, private mentorship, and in-person retreats. This website is pureflow.yoga.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please contact me at francie@pureflo.yoga.
What information I collect
I collect personal information in the following ways:

- When you book a call — your name, email address, and any details you share via Acuity Scheduling.
- When you subscribe to my email list — your name and email address via ConvertKit.
- When you contact me directly — any information you choose to share by email or through contact forms on this site.
- When you visit this site — technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
How I use your information
I use your information only for legitimate purposes connected to working with you:
- To process and fulfil your purchase or booking
- To deliver programme materials, recordings, and resources
- To send you emails you have opted into (programme updates, newsletter, offers)

- To improve this website and understand how visitors use it
- To comply with legal obligations
I will never sell your data to third parties. I do not use it for advertising to other audiences.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, I process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance — to deliver the service you’ve paid for
- Legitimate interests — to run and improve my business in ways that don’t override your rights
- Consent — for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation — where required by law (e.g. financial records)
Third parties I work with
I use trusted third-party services to run my business. Each has their own privacy policy:
- Stripe / WooCommerce — payment processing
- ConvertKit — email marketing and list management
- Acuity Scheduling — call and session booking
- Zoom — live session delivery
- WhatsApp — community support (participation is optional)
- Cloudflare / Rocket.net — website hosting and security

These services may be based outside your country. Where required, appropriate data transfer safeguards are in place.
Cookies
This site uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser. They are used for:
- Keeping you logged in to your account
- Remembering items in your shopping cart
- Anonymous analytics (which pages are visited, how long, etc.)
- Third-party functionality (scheduling, social embeds)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of this site work.
How long I keep your data
I keep your data for as long as is necessary:
- Purchase records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations
- Email subscribers remain on my list until they unsubscribe
- Enquiry and support communications are kept for up to 2 years
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Correction — ask me to correct inaccurate information
- Erasure — ask me to delete your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to how I use your data for marketing or legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any email
To exercise any of these rights, email me at francie@pureflo.yoga. I will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and feel your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
