Hey! I’m Francie,

Founder of the award-winning Pure Flow Yoga School, voted one of the top 8 Retreats worldwide by the Guardian UK.

Pure Flow Yoga was born in 2016 from a passion for Yoga, Nature & Community. Originally designed as an immersive transformational retreat experience, my offerings have evolved from classes, retreats and trainings to new teacher and vocal activation mentorships, sound healing and sacred song circles..

My offerings are a one-of-a-kind light-hearted and playful, yet deep and meaningful experiences to unwind your mind, open your heart and embody flow, so you can live with more freedom and fulfillment.

I am on a mission to bridge East & West – Science and Spirituality, to uplift, educate, inspire and empower YOU to live an embodied, joyful, connected, purposeful, passionate, playful, and awakened life in-service, on-purpose, and in-flow.

No matter what life path you’re on, my teachings are practical and mystical, designed to lead you to a deeper knowing of the essence of who you are, so you feel embodied, empowered and expressed – confident in your physical , mental, emotional and spiritual practices, so you can upgrade, elevate, & integrate Yoga, Singing & Music into your daily life.
